Cabbage rolled over Bacon and Mochi (rice cake) then simmered with soup. Put Nanohana (rape floswer) and Tomato ketchup on top before serving. Mochi became very soft and go with Cabbage and Bacon. Cook the Beef with sake, soya sauce, sugar then add Egg and Nanohana (rape flower), Egg is very soft and Nanohana is crunchy, Your choice of Chicken Tamagotoji is available instead of Beef. Toritsukune is Chicken meat ball. Our chef specially made Toritsukune is very soft. Simmered in the soup together with Fragrant Shitake mushroom and Mizuna (potherb mustard).
