at Fish Mart SAKURAYA
West Coast Plaza branch
on 22nd October 2011.
We invited 14 SAKURAYA members in a lucky draw. Thank you for your participations. She introduced Japanese full course home cooking with useful seasonings by Mizkan.
Paticipants tried all of the menu. "Delicious!" Clear soup made with TSUYU (Soup Base) and frozen crams. Easy to cook!!
Today's main dish, chicken wing in KUROZU (Black Vinegar). All easy and simple to cook. Japanese full course home cooking is completed!

on 30th of June 2011.
14 SAKURAYA members were invited for this COOKING CLASS.
Thank you for your participation!
Instructor Mrs. Catherina Hosoi has good knowledge of Japanese Seasonings.
You can cook Japanese food easily with them.
Catherina answered lots of questions from participants. Class was going on in a conciliatory mood with Catherina's amusing talk.
Catherina demonstrated 2 BENTO BOX menu.
SHOGAYAKI (Ginger Pork) and YAKI UDON (Fried UDON).
Enjoyed the taste after demonstration.
